License Terms

Material produced by The Inclusion Club, including audio and video files, are available free to view and download. We allow anyone to access our content electronically without charge. We want to encourage the circulation of our work as widely as possible without affecting the ownership of the copyright, which remains with The Inclusion Club.

Any use of Inclusion Club content has to follow the terms of our Creative Commons licence “Attribution – Non Commercial – No Derivatives 4.0 International” and the guidelines below which may change from time to time.

Is content from The Inclusion Club copyrighted?
Yes it is. Creative Commons licensing doesn’t replace copyright – which remains with The Inclusion Club – but it makes the terms more flexible.

What does the Creative Commons licence allow?
The Inclusion Club content files are licensed under an Attribution – Non Commercial – No Derivatives 4.0 International.

You are welcome to link to, download, save or distribute this work electronically. You are not permitted to produce and distribute DVDs of this work. If you are interested in using the work, please ensure that:

  • The Inclusion Club is credited;
  • The Inclusion Club website (www.theinclusionclub.com) is published together with a copy of this policy statement in a prominent position;
  • The file is not altered and is used in full (the use of extracts under existing fair usage rights is not affected by this condition);

Can I repost or republish your videos on my site or blog?
Yes, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Type of site/company: Bloggers, news/information websites and nonprofits may make our videos available under a Creative Commons (CC) licence, provided they follow the rest of the guidelines on this page.
  • Video player: You must use the YouTube embeddable player. This allows us to further our overall mission by tracking video usage.
  • Attribution: You must add a visible link back to www.theinclusionclub.com
  • Running content in their entirety: You may not edit our video or audio files, or alter them in any way. This is essential for preserving the integrity of the speaker’s ideas.

Can I project your videos to a group of people?
Yes, as long as you comply with the terms of the Creative Commons Licence outlined above. We encourage you to share content from The Inclusion Club with your friends, family, students and colleagues.

Can I show Inclusion Club content during my conference?
Yes, as long as it’s within the scope of a non-commercial event and as long as you comply with the terms of the Creative Commons licence outlined above. In particular, the videos and audios must be shown unedited, including The Inclusion Club visuals and if applicable those of our partners and those of any sponsors as well as the copyright information. We do not allow our content to be used in a commercial context. Please contact us if you are unsure whether this applies to you.

Can I translate The Inclusion Club videos?
Yes, subject to the conditions of the Creative Commons Licence and other terms outlined here.

Can I use Inclusion Club content in my classroom?
Yes, as long as you comply with the terms of the Creative Commons licence outlined above. Many teachers and educational institutions use our content to stimulate discussion with students or to complement course materials. You are welcome to do so as well.

Can I re-edit or remix your content?
No. Our Creative Commons licence clearly states that “derivative works” of any kind (edits, cuts, re-mixes etc) are not allowed without explicit permission from The Inclusion Club.

May I use Inclusion Club content on my television channel?
