Lockdown Games – Inclusive Fitness

|

In this episode Ken and Martin look at some simple inclusive fitness exercises. The first video looks at some warm up and mobility exercises, the second at stretching and the third at different resistance exercises.

Please note that these activities do not constitute a comprehensive fitness programme – they’re just ideas about adapting exercise activity. Always check with your doctor or physiotherapist before embarking on a fitness or exercise program. Don’t exercise if you feel unwell.

Now we will take a look at some inclusive stretching exercises.

In the next video we’re going to look at some simple inclusive resistance exercises.

We hope you enjoyed this Lockdown Games series and remember – stay safe and stay active.
